Debunk the Myths: Identify the most common cultural misconceptions about libido.
Reveal the Facts: Replace bad information with accurate, clinical realities.
Build a Framework: Teach you a healthy, sustainable way to understand your own desire.

Did you know that sexual desire isn't one-size-fits-all? It generally falls into two distinct categories: spontaneous and responsive. Understanding where you (and your partner) fall on this spectrum is key to a fulfilling intimate life.
In this session, we will:
The mechanics of spontaneous vs. responsive desire.
The unique strengths and challenges of each type.
Common pitfalls couples face when desire styles clash.
Actionable tips for navigating these differences with confidence.

Understanding your "sexual brakes"—the factors that turn off or suppress arousal—is a critical step in unlocking your sexual desire roadmap.
Join two licensed sex therapists for a science-based, interactive session on how desire truly works. We will move beyond theory and get practical about what might be holding you back.
In this session, we will:

Strategize: Brainstorm practical ways to navigate and release these brakes to enhance intimacy.

If "brakes" stop the process, "accelerators" are the key to activating your sexual desire system. But do you know exactly what hits your gas pedal?
Join two licensed sex therapists for a science-based deep dive into what turns you on. We will move beyond the basics and help you build a comprehensive list of what sparks your unique desire.
In this session, we will:
Explore the 4 Categories: Learn the common types of sexual accelerators.
Personalize: Create your own specific list of turn-ons and contexts that work for you.
Expand: Brainstorm ways to leverage these accelerators to increase intimacy and satisfaction.
